This enables 802.1x wireless authentication. Click “802.1x
Setting” to set 802.1x parameters. (See next section.)
5. After you nish with the settings, click “OK” to save the settings and
exit. The prole you just created will be displayed.
6. To use the prole, click to highlight it, then click “Activate.” Only one
prole can be activated at a time: A green check identies the
currently activated prole; a red check indicates the wireless access
point is not reachable.
7. To change the connection parameters of a specic prole, click to
highlight it, then click “Edit” to display the prompts for entering the
connection parameters, just like you’re creating a new prole.
8. To remove a prole, click to highlight it, then click “Delete.”
Clicking “802.1x Setting” (as mentioned in “Use 802.1x” in Step 4 above)
displays the 802.1x Setting screen.
1. Click the Certication tab to display the Certication settings.
This selection must be identical to the 802.1x
authentication type you’re using.
